Founder and head of very successful 'Service Specialists' firm that provides practical assistance to management in product service, logistics, and support systems. Clients include over half of the Fortune top 50 corporations and many smaller organizations striving for excellence. Also founder and President for twelve years of affiliate, Service Info Systems, Inc., which originated the COMputerized Management Systems-COMMS®. Founding Chairman of Management Metrics Services, Inc.; merged into Patton Consultants, Inc.

Captain, U.S. Army.  Four years Regular Army service included three years in Germany with airborne, artillery, cryptography, and special weapons experience.
